It works well without any problems as a program, but doesn’t bring the convenience and the comfort of other free utilities to the users. Cleaner has a clean and beautiful interface. I believe the idea of installing a new application is to bring comfort to the users, not creating distractions and stress.ĭr. #Dr.cleaner mac review free software#Cleaner, I noticed that I developed a habit of looking at its icon in the menu bar frequently just to check the level of memory usage and deciding whether it is time to release some memory or not, which resulted in eyestrain, frequent distractions, and headache, so I decided to uninstall it and started using another free software which does everything automatically. Other utilities in the same categories give you the option of setting a Threshold Level, for example, 500MB or 700MB, or 1GB and optimize the memory automatically whenever they reach the Threshold Level. Every time, I look the changing numbers, I have to do the calculation in my mind to figure out the amount of free memory. Cleaner displays memory usage in the menu bar: 6.47 GB, 6.53GB, 6.91GB, 7.19GB, 7.23GB and so on. I would love to use Little Snitch but like I said it needs some improvements and you guys are the perfect people to do it. Safety, Duplicate Cleaner, a VPN, and DaisyDisk. There currently is an app out there called “Little Snitch” but it can be much improved upon and I think if these guys made a competing product like it, it would be amazing. If I could make one suggestion I would ask Trend Micro to create another app like the Duplicate Cleaner for monitoring network activity. I do not work for and or support Trend Micro in any way to me it just seems like their products are by far and away the best. #Dr.cleaner mac review free full#I will say with full confidence don’t be cheap and buy the “Duplicate Finder” app which is also made by the same developer it complements this app and makes it virtually perfect. ![]() This little app is a very nice plugin for anyone who wants to truly uninstall applications, monitor your system stats, and free up memory.
